Curious what people are actually running. I'll go first.

Leather goods, ~250 orders/mo, Shopify Basic:

- Reviews: free tier
- Email: $30/mo
- Upsell: free tier (post-purchase only)
- Popups: free tier
- Shipping rates: $10/mo
- Total: $40/mo

Was at $180/mo a year ago before I audited everything. Turns out I had 3 apps installed that I'd stopped using and one that duplicated a theme feature.

Candles, ~180 orders/mo:

- Reviews: free
- Email: free tier (under 500 contacts still, somehow)
- Bundles: $12
- Loyalty: trialing, $15
- Total: $27

The audit thing is real. I found a currency converter app I'd been paying $8/mo for since 2024 that Shopify Markets made pointless.

Supplements, ~900 orders/mo, Shopify Advanced:

- Subscriptions: $40
- Email + SMS: $150 (the big one, we do need it at this size)
- Reviews: $25
- Upsells: $30
- Bundles: $20
- Total: $265

Could probably trim $50 but the switching cost in time isn't worth it right now.

Down from $140 after this forum talked me out of the $99 subscription app.

Love that the median here is like $30. The App Store makes you feel like you need $300 of apps.
